Tymber Creek Dental Care is in a fairly new location. The reception area is warm and inviting. I’ve always been greeted upon entry and upon exiting there is always been a goodbye using my name. I have been to Tymber Creek Dental on three separate occasions and each time I was met with professionalism and care. When settling my account, they have been detailed and accurate. From the outside, the operation seems to run smoothly and I’m quite pleased with the cleanliness of the facility. After three visits, I would highly recommend for those looking for top, quality dental care to check out Tymber Creek Dental.

My wife and I went to get some work done here and the staff was amazing. When I went to check out Kae was so patient and kind and it was the best professionalism and friendliness I have experienced anywhere else. She explained in full about our insurance details and she never seemed impatient or annoyed with my bunch of questions. She is amazing and a breath of fresh air, she’s a keeper!

Great job done by Stacy! I appreciated the effort Stacy made to complete the tasks need for my initial visit as comfortable as possible! Stacy has a great sense of humor making the visit fun and informative. Also I was impressed with Dr Melany Carreras who did a final examination of teeth and scans and said that I do not need to replace a large filling at this time. This new office is very close to home, new building and new upscale equipment.. thanks! 😊 John L

I would not recommend this office based on my experience. While the doctor was pleasant, the scheduling and organization were extremely disappointing. I had to return three separate times for care that should have been completed in one or two visits. The office also told me they couldn’t guarantee a cleaning at my first appointment, despite scheduling it in advance. When I explained that I expected my cleaning to be done during that visit, I was simply told, “Someone should have informed you that it’s not guaranteed.” That response was dismissive and didn’t address the lack of communication. I was there for over an hour at this point. Even more concerning, they said they can’t guarantee services that are already scheduled, which made the entire scheduling process feel unreliable. The most unacceptable part of my experience was that my oral cancer screening, which was supposed to be performed during my appointment, was simply not done. A basic part of the visit was overlooked. I had to ask for it the next time I was in the office. I understand that emergencies and unexpected delays happen, but repeatedly requiring additional visits and failing to complete scheduled services refle

Truly was impressed by my first visit to Tymber Creek Dental this week. Brand new office and great location. Everyone at the office was pleasant and professional. They did full X-rays, comprehensive exam and cleaning. The hygienist was very thorough and so nice. Made an appointment for replacing a small lost filling with the dentist after she reviewed my general dental status. They also have a male dentist if there is a preference.
